Exchanges & Returns are easy, just use the form enclosed with your Buddy by the Sea Purchase and use the Pre-Printed Return Label to send back. We will send you your new selection or process your return within 3 business days.
Returns must have tag attached and be in unworn condition.

Orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday) only, excluding U.S. Federal Holidays.
No deliveries will be made on Sunday
Shipping Notification

Tracking
All orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships.
